As sad loss for our Puppy Family. Loss also involves friends and no greater was a wonderful fri4end, than Joel Powers. From the first five minutes I (or anbody else) met Joel you could feel his love of life and passion for helping animals and others. Joel adopted Tobey from me two years ago as a present for his fiance and i couldn't have ased for a nicer couple to love and care for Tobey. Rick and Joel were equally suited for each other and both were dedicated to helping the lives of those around them (animals and humans). they had a deep love and caring for eachother. We are so saddened by his loss and our hearts go out to rick and the Powers family. Heaven is definitely a better place with Joel in it. God bless you Joel.
